Promotes the possibility of internal career transition, contributing towards the development of employees within Origem. Opportunities are announced internally before going public, recognizing the existing talent already present in the company.
Promotes the operator team development in the Alagoas and Tucano Sul regions. The training program lasts for six months with the aim of leveling knowledge and assessing different levels of maturity within the team. Employees interested in starting a new journey within Origem Energia can also participate in the school.
